Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dad and Son Trading Company. We carefully package every order to help ensure your Pokémon products arrive safely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During new product releases, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and destination.

Delivery estimates begin once the carrier receives the package. Carrier delays are outside of our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Dad and Son Trading Company is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the shipping box, packaging, and damaged products. We will review the situation and work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.

Preorders

Products purchased as preorders will ship after we receive the inventory from our distributor. Release dates and delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to manufacturer or distributor delays.

When an order contains both preorder and in-stock products, the entire order may be held until all products are available unless otherwise stated.
